Welcome to our Greenhill project. This is a 700sf basement renovation. We started with a blank canvas and began the design stage, going through potential layouts, materials and millwork. Once the design was approved, off to permit and off we go.
In this basement, we created a bedroom and installed an egress window. Built a gorgeous space saving 3 piece bathroom that also includes storage. Reworked their old laundry room, moved plumbing and a hot water tank and built them a clean and functional space to do that one daunting task, laundry. In the living room area, we worked with The Wright Kitchen and Ontario Stone Design to build a great drybar and bench seating. The cabinet color goes so well with the tones in the flooring and the tile that was selected for the bathroom.
