Details: This project started with adding a covered porch addition to the home and upgrading the sliding door systems. The covered porch was topped with a DuraDek waterproof membrane and black flashing. Underneath, we built out the walls to accept exterior grade MDF, cladded all the beams and posts and trimmed them in for that elegant look. The ceiling portion received cedar tongue and grove for added aroma and beauty. On the outside of the house we extended the paneling to match. To add additional space to the home, we installed a walkout patio door and Nuvo railing system to give the master suite its own rooftop patio. Down below, we built an upscale fence with a grand entrance to the back yard. On the main level patio, you will find the matching BBQ surround.
