Now, let’s add 8’ more to the side of the house where we will add a laundry room and mudroom off the new double car garage on the front of the house. When you enter the home you are greeted with an architecturally pleasing feature wall. Walking further you enter the beautifully designed kitchen by The Wright Kitchen in Ancaster. The navy blue and champagne accents in the guest bathroom make for a trendy space. As you walk further down the hallway you pass a couple bedrooms and then enter the master suite. Here, we built a large walkin, carried the hardwood throughout, added a two tone feature wall and then an ensuite. In this ensuite, we managed to fit a standing tub with wall mounted tub filler, standing shower, water closet and vanity.
