Details: In this large country house, there were too many walls breaking up the spaces. We removed several walls to open up the living area, removed and replaced the kitchen and installed a beautiful bar area utilizing floor space that would otherwise be useless. Remodeled the master ensuite and transformed an old mud room into a powder room/mud room at the entrance of the home. All the flooring, trim and doors, electrical and plumbing was updated. The popcorn ceilings were all scraped and smoothed out also. Staircase and railings going to the second level were stripped and stained a darker color while the railing spindles went from wood to wrought iron.
